Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage is strictly prohibited. The Company may immediately suspend or permanently close an Account where it determines that inaccurate information was provided, and may report such conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.
rrr99 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request, and the Company reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time without prior notice.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained from illegal activities, is strictly prohibited and may result in Account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Players may set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limits are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. The Company reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by rrr99 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general conditions outlined in this Clause. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion description. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply to wagering requirements:
While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain incomplete, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per wager is Rp 25,000. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at the Company's discretion.
Each bonus has an expiry period beginning from the date and time the bonus is credited to the Account. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the Account balance. Expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
rrr99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited, manipulated, or abused any promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and the use of automated software to generate bets. Determinations under this clause are made at the Company's sole discretion.
Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Where a Player holds an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, any newly claimed bonus will not be credited until the existing requirement is fulfilled or the active bonus expires.

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, which are available within the sports betting section of the Platform. rrr99 offers markets on BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, badminton, and numerous other sports. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, mix parlay accumulators, and live in-play betting are subject to additional specific rules as displayed at the point of placing each bet.
A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion as defined in the relevant sport rules. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account balance.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the Player must notify rrr99 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. The Company will review all available data and provide a written response within 10 business days. The Company's decision, made following a thorough review, shall be final and binding.

Where the Company identifies a breach of this Clause, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void any pending bets or transactions, and withhold or forfeit any remaining balance where permitted by applicable law.
All content on the rrr99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "rrr99", logos, website design, software code, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of rrr99.

The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rrr99 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rrr99 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or other events of force majeure.
rrr99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
The Company may permanently close an Account following investigation where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or criminal activity. Where no such breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before closure is finalized. Where a Player closes their Account voluntarily and in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned within a reasonable time frame.
rrr99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 13.3.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrr99 holds its international gaming license.
